- I may ask you to send me photos of certain things like styles of power points or lighting etc. to make sure James has all the information to get parts ready if jumping straight to the job
- How you heard about us - we love hearing this and makes our love of connection and community that much cooler :)
Quoting
- Ill have your address and quote details on file ready to come and visit at a time that suits you
- I like to visit your home before emailing you a quote because it allows me to quote more accurately. I look at things like house structure, access, and amount of any materials needed. It also allows me to get to know you and ask any questions so I can make sure that I'm achieving what's most important to you
- Your quote will be emailed to you.
- Your quote will be itemised so you know exactly where your money is going. I highly value transparency so being able to provide you with an accurate quote is important to me.
Job
- Once the quote is accepted, we'll schedule a day that suits you for me to come and do the job.
- I value communication and so I will send a message or call with an ETA when I'm on my way so you know to expect me.
- I respect your lifestyle and your home so you can expect me to take my boots off when I come inside, and work around your babies naps etc. as best as I can when time allows.
- I clean up my 'sparky droppings' when I've completed the job. Any dust and small cable left over I may ask to borrow your vacuum so that I can leave your house spotless :)
Invoice
- I will already have your email address on file, and this is how I'll send your invoice to you.
- When I quote you, I convert this quote to a job and invoice from the job, that way you already know what to expect.
- The invoice is itemised just like the quote, so you know where your money is going.
- We love good communication, so if there is any questions with the invoice, we are always reachable.
- Transparency is something we value highly, and so you can except total openness and honesty throughout the whole journey with us.
Ongoing Care
- I care about the end result and making sure that the job continues to make that difference in your life :)
- If anything stops working suddenly or has any issues, reach out to us and we will organise to get it fixed or replaced ASAP.
- If I purchased the item (light/fan etc), the warranty is through me and I will swap out the faulty item and install the new one, otherwise if you purchased the item, I can point you in the right direction to make the warranty claim.
